ESE REMOTE/ VIRTUAL PARENT STATICFACTION SURVEY 
ATTENTION ESE REMOTE/VIRTUAL PARENTS: 
The ESE department would like to give you the opportunity to participate in a satisfaction survey.  The purpose of the survey is to collect feedback from parents about their child’s experience while in the remote/ virtual settings.
